Well, I thought it might be nice to write up a few of the transactions that have taken place so far this football off season. Some transactions, unless you live under a rock you should know, others might surprise you.

First of all, I hope all the Buffalo Bills fans are ready to welcome the biggest PITA in the NFL today, Terrell Owens, into their herd. They may be happy they only signed him for one year. Good Luck with that.

Next, Thank God, someone in the Giants organization had enough sense to dump Plaxico Burress, his arrest has to rank up there with one of the stupidest moves ever in recorded history. Good Luck wherever you are headed, Plaxico.

And once again, let us say goodbye to Brett Favre, I’m sure Jets fans are thrilled about picking him up.

And a really awesome pick-up for the Bears in getting Jay Cutler from the Broncos. The Bears with a QB that is actually good, wow what a concept !! I heard the Broncos didn’t want him to go to an AFC team and make the same mistake that the Jets did in letting Chad Pennington go to the Dolphins. Nothing like losing to the QB you gave up for Favre.

And what a house cleaning job the Tampa Bay Bucs are doing. Getting rid of coach, John “Chucky” Grudin and releasing, Warrick Dunn, Joey Galloway, Ike Hilliard, Cato June and Derrick Brooks. However, they did sign Kellen Winslow to a 6 yr deal. Let’s hope he plays more consistent in Tampa then he did in Cleveland.
They also got Derrick Ward from the G-men who in my opinion is a very good running back and good receiver out of the backfield. He averaged over 5 yards a carry. I can’t understand why the Giants let him go !!

Torry Holt got cut by the Rams, maybe the Giants should pick him up. They could also pickup Orlando Pace, who got cut from the Rams too !!

David Patten signed with the Browns, my guess is to fill the hole that Winslow left.

Joey Galloway signed with the Pats, nothing like giving the Pats a little more speed on the outside. Brady now has Moss and Galloway to throw to, watch out AFC East here comes the Pats again.

The Giants cut kicker, Jay Feely and the Jets picked him up. It seems to me that this happened once before with a kicker.

The Jets let Laveranues Coles go and the Bengals picked him up. This makes no sense, giving up TJ to the Seahawks to pickup Coles. The grass isn’t always greener….

Jason Taylor got cut by the Redskins. The Dolphins cutting Vonnie Holliday wouldn’t it be a hoot if the Dolphins picked Taylor back up.
