Handicapping by Liz

Well, after much consideration, I’ve decided to go with Boise State minus 9 1/2 points on the road at Tulsa, as a regular play. I can see Tulsa staying in this game for awhile but Boise State is just too strong to me. The Smurf Field Broncos are 8-1 ATS, as a favorite, on the road the last 9 road games and 5-0 ATS on the road facing a team with a winning record (Tulsa is 4-1). Go with Boise State and lay the 9 1/2 points.
