My first pick will go to Florida on the road at Vanderbilt laying 24 points...

Well another month of football has come and gone, hopefully November will be even a better month for my picks.

My first pick will go to Florida on the road at Vanderbilt laying 24 points. Florida has finally found its groove and that’s not good news for the Commodores. Florida has won the past 13 meetings SU and this will make it 14. Lay the big number and relax.

Next I like West Virginia at home against Cincinnati. WV is 14-1-1 SU against Cincinnati with Cincy back door covering the past 2 years. Look for WV to make a statement at home and shut down Cincinnati, covering the 7 point spread.

Well, Penn State is back this week off their bye and they are in Iowa laying 7.5 points.

I think JoePa has to be upset that Penn State is getting overlooked in the polls and will

make sure the team doesn’t let up, to show them pesky pollsters. Lay the 7.5 points.

I also like Rutgers this week at home against Syracuse laying 14 points. I picked this game for a few reasons. The home team is 8-2 ATS the past 10 meetings, Syracuse is 0-4 ATS the last 4 games at Rutgers and Rutgers is on a 5-0 ATS streak laying double digits.

I am picking South Carolina this week at home against Arkansas laying 10 points. South Carolina will want to win this game to assure they go bowling this year after being snubbed last year with their 6-6 record and this is their home finale. Look for a big game from the Gamecocks this week and lay the 10 points.

I am also backing Wisconsin this week laying 10 points on the road at Indiana. Wisconsin lost a heartbreaker last week against Michigan State and I can see them taking out their frustrations on Indiana who couldn’t even beat Central Michigan last week.

And last but not least I am going with Alabama on the road at LSU laying 3.5 points.

This will be a close game if LSU can keep Alabama off the field and I just don’t see that happening. The stats also favor Alabama, they are 5-1 ATS the last 6 meetings at LSU. Also, the favorite is 4-1-1 ATS the past 6 meetings and the road team is 10-1-1 ATS the past 12 meetings. Take Alabama and lay the 3.5 points.

· I am also leaning towards a few other games as well.

BYU(-36.5), Boise State(-32), Missouri(-26), and Oklahoma(-25.5).

And last but not least my underdogs this week are:

On Thursday night TCU(+2.5), SMU(+2.5) and UL-Monroe(+4.5).

Good Luck and as always bet with your head and not above it.

As for the Pros

My first pick in the pros this week is San Diego at home against Kansas City laying 15.

San Diego is off a bye and are in need of a win in their division. Kansas City lost a game last week that they were ahead in, most of the game. Also San Diego is 9-1 ATS at home the past 10 games and the Chiefs are 1-4 ATS the past 5 in San Diego. I like San Diego to take control of this game early and cover the generous spread.

Well, I’m going to take Tennessee on the road at Chicago laying 3 points. I’m not jumping on their bandwagon but I do think they are not getting much respect being the only undefeated team left in the NFL. Also, Ortin is hurting for Chicago, which means Grossman will see playing time. I also like the stats here, Tennessee is 16-6 ATS vs the NFC and Chicago is 1-7 ATS as a non-conference dog. Lay the 3 points and take Tenn.

The Carolina Panthers are off a bye and are on the road vs. Oakland laying 9 points.

Oakland got shutout last week by Atlanta and I can see the same thing happening this week as Carolina comes in here rested and will have their offensive line back at full strength, which should not bode well for the Raiders. Lay the 9 points.

I’m also picking the Miami Dolphins at home this week against the Seattle Seahawks. The Dolphins are playing good football even with Chad Pennington, and the Seahawks took a beating last week at the hands of Philadelphia. Also Seattle is 0-4 ATS the past 4 meetings with Miami. Take Miami and lay the 9 points.

My last pick is on the New York Giants, getting 3 points on the road at Philadelphia.

I don’t usually like picking the Giants but the stats all point to them in this game.

The Giants are 4-1 ATS the past 5 games with the Eagles, the road team is 4-1 ATS the

last 5 games and the underdog is 6-0 ATS the past 6 games. Take the points with the Giants.

As for over/unders this week I like the over 50 in the Saints/Falcons game and I also like the over 44.5 in the Jets/Rams game and the over 46 in the 49ers/Cardinals game.

Well that’s it for another week, GOOD LUCK !!
