The only thing I can say about this past weekend is that home teams, next year, better be more ready than they were this year, as only ONE home team won this past weekend.
The good news is, is that I had another stellar weekend, going 3-1 ATS losing only the Giants game, as I had Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Arizona. I also went 2-1 on my over/under picks as I did not pick the O/U on the Giants game. So far in the playoffs I am
6-2 ATS and 6-2 SU
and
4-2 ATS on the over/under

Pretty good stats for the playoffs and with only 3 games left in the season I can’t have a losing record ATS or SU.

As for the Giants this past weekend, it just wasn’t the time for Eli to bring out his impersonation of a deer in headlights or as I like to call him “Bambi”. The Giants played a horrible game and if it wasn’t for the defense the Giants would have lost worse, although the Eagles offense had nothing to write home about as they weren’t exactly on fire either. I would love to know why the Giants didn’t run more screens and quick slants with the 8 man front the Eagles showed the entire game. And why Ahmad Bradshaw didn’t play much and WHY OH WHY after playing in the winds of Giants Stadium all year did Carney miss 2 field goals with the wind at his back?? I guess the game came down to the slogan of last year’s Super Bowl “Who wants it more?” and the answer this past weekend was the Eagles.

As for the rest of the games this past weekend, a BIG Congrats to the Cardinals who haven’t been to a Championship round game since I can remember, and that’s 50 years. The Ravens keep on rockin’ as they beat the Titans, but I think the Titans beat themselves too (Zack, you know that’s true). As for the Steelers, it was nice to see at least one home team win this weekend and keep the NFL record intact that no team with 8 losses have ever made it to the Championship round. J

Well I will be back on Friday with my picks for the Championship round Sunday games.

College Season ATS 78-59 and SU 97-40 (57% ATS)
Bowl games I picked, 16-10 ATS and 18-8 SU (62% ATS)

As for the pro’s regular season I ended up
Pros ATS 45-35 and SU 61-19 (56% ATS)
